As of Monday July 22, 2024 we have a new Mass Schedule.

Monday - 8am at St. Patrick

Tuesday - 8am at St. Patrick

Wednesday - 8am at St. Bridget

Thursday - 8am at St. Patrick

Friday - 8am at St. Bridget

Saturday - 4pm at St. Patrick and 5:30pm at St. Bridget

Sunday - 7am at St. Bridget, 8:30am at St. Patrick, 10 am at St. Patrick, 11:30am at St. Bridget, and 7PM at St. Patrick

First Saturday Masses are moved to St. Patrick Church starting in August.  Confessions will be heard at 8am and Mass will be at 9am.

Monthly Holy Hour Schedule 2024

The parish MAILING ADDRESS for all correspondence is St. John Paul II Parish, 47 West High St.  East Hampton, CT  06424.  Including letters directed to our pastor.  The PO Box in Moodus is closed and there is no U.S. Mail receptacle at the St. Bridget Church location.  General Email:  sjp2parishoffice@gmail.com

Marian Devotions:  The Legion of Mary, Our Lady of Grace Praesidium meets every Tuesday at 4:00 pm in Columbus Hall at St. Patrick Church.  The 13th of the Month Devotion request of Mary "Rosa Mystica"  takes place in St. Bridget Church on the 13th of every Month at 4:00 pm to Pray for priests, religious and vocations. 

Daily Rosary (M-F)  3:00 pm at the Lourdes Grotto Shrine at St. Bridget's until October 31

Rosary for Life: Mondays at 7pm in St. Patrick Church

ROSARY RALLY: October 26 at noon in front of St. Patrick Church

Coffee Hours: The First Thursday of each month following the 8:00 am Mass at St. Patrick in Columbus Hall and Friday's at St. Bridget Church Resuming September 20th. Following the 8:00 am Mass in Marian Hall

Holy Hike: Saturday November 23 at 9:00 am Johnson Preserve, Hadlyme off Rte. 82 (1 Birch Hill Rd.) 

Movie "Unplanned" the real-life story of Abby Johnson, Planned Parenthood director turned pro-life advocate:  Sunday, October 27  doors open at 3:15 pm Movie starts at 3:30pm in St. Patrick Parish Center. Please RSVP for a head count for pizza and drinks provided by the Knights of Columbus. call 860 267-6644

The Chosen series. Season 4: Showing at St. Bridget's at 8:30am in the Faith Formation Center on Sept. 25, Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Nov. 6 & 13.    Showing at St. Patrick's at 9:00 am in the Parish Center Library on Sept. 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Nov.7, 14.     Showing at St. Patrick's at 6:00 pm in the Parish Center Library on Sept. 27, Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25, Nov. 1, 8, 15.    We will enjoy refreshments and have a brief discussion at the conclusion of each episode. Drop-ins are always welcomed but registration is encouraged to ensure we are adequately prepared.  

All Saints Day Vigil Mass Oct. 31: 7:00 pm at St. Patrick Church

All Saints Day Nov. 1: Mass at 8:00 am in St. Bridget Church.  Mass at 6pm at St. Bridget's followed by A Night With The Saints, a torchlit procession to Living Saints on the grounds of St. Bridget Church (candy donations appreciated)

All Souls Day Nov. 2: 9am Mass at St. Patrick followed by a reception for those who lost loved ones this year.   Noon Mass at the Old St. Bridget's adjacent to the St. Bridget Cemetery.  3:00 pm Pray the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet in St. Patrick Cemetery with the Legion of Mary.  At 5:00 pm Light Candles at Gravesites of both St. Patrick and St. Bridget Cemeteries and pray for the departed with our Faith Formation leaders and members of the parish all ages.

Pray for the Holy Souls in Purgatory: Nov. 15, 22 & 29 at 3pm at the Lourdes Grotto Stations at St. Bridget Church.
